  • NEWI has a well outlined organizational structures with defined roles of each of the officers. This has helped in avoiding duplication and conflict of roles in her operations.
  • NEWI has sound financial operating procedures that have been anchored on the organization’s policies with her accounts being audited at the close of each financial year.
  • NEWI has two lead program officers who oversee the operations of the two programs that NEWI currently runs and an Executive Director who directly reports to the Board of Trustees.

NEWI believes in teamwork and meaningful collaboration with other likeminded organizations, stakeholders and engagement of the various government line ministries to enhance quality and compliance with County and National government guidelines. This ensures that the services offered are in tandem with the individual beneficiary and societal needs.
